Communication and speed of service is essential and we pride ourselves attending your property within 2 working days even in the most remote areas of Lincolnshire. We are your only local Electrolux approved service agent in and out of guarantee.
Our Values
We believe we must go over and above for every customer to ensure they receive the best possible service. We are honest and straight to the point, we believe customers should not be confused with technical terminology, “it is faulty because……… the cost of repair is……….. would you like to go ahead? We can price match most appliances or offer an alternative, we have our own engineers who can install and test for peace of mind. We do not employ delivery drivers we employee competent trained engineers. Knowledge and training is key to our success and we constantly try to better ourselves.
Our Story
Established in 1984 by our uncles. Danny ,Gavin and team now continue to provide the great service and traditional values that have ensured the companies success with our repeat and loyal customers locally and completing repairs for the worlds largest manufactures and insurances companies. We are proud to be from Lincolnshire and employ over 10 employees based in all areas of the county. Whilst continuing with the traditional values we embrace change and adapt to our environment to provide the best service for customers and clients.
